Our 6th event of the 2006 season was SHOOT OUT for the 2006 Senior's Points Championship with 2 teams in a tie for 1st place in the points race, at the end of the day neither team would prevail. The Team of Don Tunget & Jerry Cooper came from 2nd Place in the standings to win the 2006 Seniors Points Championship, they came to the scales with 4 fish that weighted 9.65 lbs. They spent their day fishing boat docks with green Stanley Jigs. (Great Job Guy's) There were 77 fish that brought to the scales alive, with the total weight of 169.65 lbs. The team of Randy Abbott / Jerry Wade won the event with a 5 fish limit that weight of 14.05 lbs. Earning them a check for $1200.00. The team of Roy Potter / Ron Schmidt finished 2nd with 13.34 lbs. They also had Big Bass of the tournament a 5.93 lbs. Toad. Earning them $1050.00. 3rd Place was the team of Richard Beitman / Richard Huffman they had 11.64 lbs. The Senior's 2006 classic will be on Lieber on September 27 & 28 2006 Donna & I have enjoyed meeting all of you this season & can't wait until next season to start. Giving a New Skeeter Boat away to one of our competitors in the Tournament of Champions is going to be very exciting in 2007 season. I am working very hard with some other of our sponsors for the tournament of Champions for other prizes. I believe that next year will be our best year ever! From splitting the Senior's circuit into a Northern / Southern shootout, to the New River Rat Division. Please go to the tournament results page on this site for the remaining results.
