Monroe - August 7, 2005 |
Dear Got 2 Love It Angler's, I hope that all had a great time at Monroe yesterday? (98) boats brought in 151 fish, with the total weight of 374.45 Lbs. There were (61) boats that weighed in fish. There were nine 5 fish limits. 1st Place of the tournament went to the team of Larry Heichelbech & David Helming. They brought 5 fish to the scales that weighted 19.22lbs. 2nd. Place of the tournament went to the team of Phil Hunt & Dave Bennett they brought 4 fish to the scales that weighted 15.88lbs. They also had the Big Bass of the tournament a 7.23lbs. Pig. 3rd. Place went to the team of Matt Hamilton & Michael Jones with another 5 fish Limit that weighed 13.22lbs. Congratulations to all of the winners.
The new Points leaders are Bob Bayless & Jerry Cooper from Indianapolis, In. They have 417 points. Please check out the tournament results for your position.
Please also don't forget the Customer Appreciation Tournament that Big River is Hosting at Monroe on Aug. 21. Entry forms are available on this site & at their store in Nashville, In. The season is winding down with only one more event before our Classic on October 1 & 2 at Patoka. We will be drawing for 3 free entry's at this tournament so if you can't make it in the points & have fished all 6 events you still have a good chance of making the 2005 classic.
