SENIOR'S TOURNAMENT SALAMONIE - MAY 18, 2005 |
Hope all of you had a safe trip home yesterday & that all of you had a great time up at Salamonie. Congratulations to all of the winners.I was very surprised by the number of fish that was weighed in. There were 94 fish with 6 limits brought to the scales, with the total weight of 198.57 lbs. The Team of Les Whitaker & Randy Voke brought in a limit of 5 fish that weighed 17.27 lbs. They also had the Big Bass of the tournament a 6.38 lbs. Pig! 2nd Place went to the team of Dick Ferguson & Dan Pardue they also brought in a limit of 5 fish that weighed 16.64 lbs. 2nd Big Bass went to the team of Gale Banta & Jerry Hinkle a nice 5.98 lbs. Pig! Jerry Hinkle was awarded a new Strictly Bass Rod from Strictly Bass. They also finished 3rd with another 5 fish limit of 13.50lbs. Great job Guys! Our next tournament is at Monroe on June 15th I hope to see all of you there. Please don't forget our sponsors when ever possible. They are some great folks with some great donations to our events.
