Kent Chaillaux Tournament Results |
Yesterday was a beautiful day on Lake Monroe but many anglers found the fishing very tough. With only 12 teams out of the 24 teams that showed up weighing in fish. There were 21 fish brought to the scales with the total weight of 54.85 lbs. The team of Ed Scales & Don Holden managed to bring in the winning weight, with 4 fish that weighted 11.32 lbs. The team of Ron & Barb Short was 2nd. With 2 fish that weighted 9.36 Lbs. Ron & Barb also had the Big Bass of the tournament a 5.47 Lbs. Bass. 3rd. Place was Clinton McClure & Dan Miller with 3 fish that weighted 6.47 Lbs. Congratulations to all the winners!
This tournament was a Benefit tournament; I want to thank all of you that participated in this event for Kent's Kids! I very much enjoyed putting on this event for them & all of you and hope be able to do it again next year? Although we didn't raise a lot of money this year, the Chaillaux Family is very appreciative that we still keep Kents memory alive. I hope that all of you can come join us for next years event.
